By using Food Truck Live Map (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
The App shows food trucks in West Michigan, their status, and community reviews. Truck locations and “live” statuses come from truck owners and public sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm before you travel — we are not responsible if a truck is not where the App indicates.
When you post reviews, ratings, or price votes, you agree not to post content that is:
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you’re responsible for it. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the App. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.
If you manage a truck, you agree to keep your check-ins and information accurate and to only manage trucks you are authorized to represent.
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee accuracy, availability, or that trucks will be where or when listed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Step Sales Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on truck locations or statuses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), except where superseded by these Terms. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or handle any claims relating to the App, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
